Sophie Bolton

Managing Director – Sophie has 25 years experience in the horticultural industry, she founded CSG in 2017. Sophie has worked with a number of community food and growing projects across Cardiff and Vales of Glamorgan. 

Martin Little

Secretary and Finance – Martin currently works for TPAS Cymru and has a track record of delivering commercially focused projects in social sector.

San Leonard

San recently retired as the Chief Executive of Social Firms Wales, a highly professional business person and entrepreneur who is passionate about working at the heart of community regeneration to develop opportunities that bring about sustainable social change. 

Staff Team

Noa Man

Session Facilitator – Noa has worked with us for over 5 years, she is also an Arts Psychotherapist, she brings all her knowledge and skills to the garden to help create a nurturing space where people can feel welcome as they are. Noa currently leads on our salad garden site in Bute Park. 

Adrian Peters

Session Facilitator – Adrian began volunteering for CSG delivering salad in lockdown. He has a background as a professor of microbiology working internationally in the food industry. Adrian leads on our allotment project at Riverside Community Garden.

Anais Hall

Session Facilitator – Anais joined the team in 2024, she  has over 20 years experience of growing with a special interest in medicinal and edible wild flowers and plants.

Racheal Scruby

Session Facilitator – Rachael assists at our salad garden site in Bute Park. She also works as a teaching assistant and has been involved in a number of  variety of community growing projects.

Anna Clayton-Jones

Admin and Finance – Anna manages our back office, emails, customer queries, bookkeeping and keeps the cogs turning.
