Sophie Bolton
Founder and Managing Director of Cardiff Salad Garden. Sophie has 20 years experience as an organic vegetable grower. She ran Riverside Market Garden for 3 years and has run workshops and consultancy in vegetable growing for all ages.
Noa Man
Noa is an Art Psychotherapist and Ceramicist. She works at the project 2 days a week facilitating volunteer sessions and picking and packing salad for deliveries along with whatever need doing in the garden.
Adrian Peters
Adrian is delighted to deliver our Salad since March 2020 whatever the weather throws at him. Adrian, a retired Professor of Microbiology, has lived in Cardiff for over 40 years and loves the city and its fabulous local food producers like us.
Yasmin Man
Yasmin is our book keeper and is beginning her undergraduate studies in Bio-Chemistry in September 2021. She has also worked the garden picking salad when we are busy in summer months.
