What days do you deliver?

Currently we deliver on a Tuesday and a Friday, only.

Do I need to be in when you deliver?

Do I have to order every week?

We offer the ability to purchase one-off salad packs, as well as weekly or two weekly subscriptions.

How do I manage my subscription?

Please login to your account to view your subscriptions and amend your subscription settings.

Is there a delivery charge?

We offer free delivery to set Cardiff postcodes.

Can I collect my order

Unfortunately, we do not offer a collection service at the moment.

Do you offer wholesale prices?

Once registered, please contact us, confirming your email address and business name, and we’ll be able to enable your wholesale account. Once this has been confirmed, on next login you will be provided wholesale products for purchase.

How do I manage my subscription?

Please login to your account to view your subscriptions and amend your subscription settings.

I’m not sure if my order went through.

Please login and check your account to see if the order is listed, if the order is listed then we have received it.

How do I register for an account?

You will only be able to register for an account if your delivery location falls within our delivery catchment area. Please check your post code on the Shop page, by clicking ‘Check now’ under ‘New Customer’;

I cant log into my account, what do I do?

Visit the login page and click on the lost password link. Please enter your username or email address and click ‘Reset password’. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.

If you cannot see the reset email, it’s always work checking your spam or junk folder.
