Description
Salad bags are made up using a variety of leaves, such as Lettuce, Mustards, Rocket, Mizuna, Mibuna, Chard, Sorrel, Watercress, Claytonia, Chervil, Celery leaf, Parsley.
In months of low productivity this is supplemented with a small amount of organic lettuce bought in as locally as possible. Bags will usually contain a mix of at least 8-12 different leaves. Salad is picked fresh and delivered to your door the same day by one of our lovely delivery cyclists.
